AIToolNow provides a unified platform for accessing various AI models and services, including but not limited to:

  • Large Language Models (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Image Generation Models (DALL-E 3, Imagen 3)
  • Text-to-Speech Services
  • Speech-to-Text Services
  • Video Generation

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission

5. Credits and Billing

AIToolNow operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI models. Different models may consume different amounts of credits based on their computational requirements.

  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Unused credits may expire according to your subscription plan
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated using AIToolNow belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You grant us a license to use your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIToolNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
