2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the AIToolNow service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send important service updates
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Your Conversations and Content
We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
Your chat history, generated images, audio, videos, and other content are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We may temporarily process your inputs to provide the AI services, but we do not retain this data for training purposes.
You can delete your conversation history at any time through your account settings.
4. Data Security
We implement multiple layers of security:
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3)
- Sensitive data is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds)
- CSRF protection on all state-changing requests
- Rate limiting on all API endpoints
- Security headers including Content-Security-Policy and HSTS

5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate AIToolNow:
- Stripe — Payment processing
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google — AI model providers
- ElevenLabs — Text-to-speech service
- Luma, Runway — Video generation services
- Firebase — Authentication and push notifications
- AWS — Cloud infrastructure and storage
- Vercel — Application hosting
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and security measures. Your data is shared with these services only as needed to provide the AIToolNow platform.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of your data
- Rectification — Correct inaccurate information
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and data
- Portability — Export your data in a standard format
- Object — Opt out of certain data processing

7. Cookies

8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:
- Conversation history is deleted immediately
- Account data enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion, allowing recovery if needed
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance (up to 7 years)
9. Children's Privacy
AIToolNow is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
