How do tokens work?
Tokens are consumed based on the AI model and operation you use. Chat typically uses 1-5 tokens per response, while image generation uses more. Each plan includes a monthly token allocation.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes! With the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) feature, you can add your own API keys for providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and others. When using your own keys, you won't consume AIToolHub tokens.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
You'll receive low balance warnings at 10% and 5% remaining. Once depleted, you can upgrade your plan or use your own API keys to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Do tokens roll over?
Unused tokens expire at the end of each billing period. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected usage.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All new users get free tokens to try AIToolHub. You can explore the platform before committing to a paid plan.
